Bitrix24: Tasks

Tasks can be easily created and managed in Bitrix24 via the menu. Moreover, there are several ways to use the tasks function. You can assign tasks to yourself or to other employees. You can also create tasks via the Activity Stream, assign them to individual project groups or link them to selected CRM elements. Tasks can also be created from chat messages or comments.

Tasks can be designed in different ways. In addition to the title and description, deadlines can be set, responsible persons can be determined, observers can be added, and much more. For recurring tasks, there is an option to use templates to save time and effort with the help of automated task distribution.
