What is standard and what counts as individualization
The standard installation – which is covered by the maintenance contract – includes the connection of both (Wawi & SHOP) systems only with the fields already provided by the manufacturer. The standard installation always refers to the ordered modules and the manufacturer fields. These two criteria (intersection) form the standard. Additional fields, programming or extras count as individualization and are charged separately.
