With the project group element, groups can be created via which projects can be planned and coordinated. Among other things, you have the option of distributing tasks, assigning roles to employees and other contacts, and displaying an overview of all groups/projects. The integrated chat function makes group communication easy.

For example, you can define individual employees or groups who are responsible for a project and then add other contacts as observers. Furthermore, you can add individual tasks (both new and existing) to a project or create subtasks. Basically you have the possibility to choose between open and closed project groups, to create groups for external collaborators as well as to define the rights of the group members.
